  3. Please note that we may need to extend the processing time for your order if external factors beyond our control occur, such as server crashes, internet issues, power outages, service interruptions from suppliers, payment processing agents, or banks.
  4. We reserve the right to conduct additional checks on transactions that we deem suspicious, especially for orders placed using online credit or debit cards.
  5. We assure the security of the accounts you purchase from Premiumovo. You have the option to modify your password and email. To request any changes, please email us, and we will process your request promptly.
  6. Due to the nature of our service, once an order has been processed, we cannot offer refunds or cancel extensions. For account extension orders, if the specified ID does not exist, we will automatically create a new ID. Please ensure that you enter the correct IDs as we cannot be held responsible for any errors.
  7. If you cancel a purchase and the order has not been processed yet, you will be charged a reimbursement fee. We recommend submitting your cancellation request as soon as possible due to our fast order processing. Failure to do so may result in your request not being considered. Reimbursements will be completed within 7 working days.
  8. In the case of incomplete payment, we will process the order only after receiving the remaining balance.
